Maintenance and Service Agreement Policy
Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to comply with Minnesota State system policy and ensure that 2024 海角社区黑料吃瓜 and the Minnesota State system are protected with agreements, including insurance requirements, and encumbrances are in place for services provided by outside vendors on College property.
Policy
2024 海角社区黑料吃瓜 shall have in place a maintenance/service agreement or a service agreement and funds encumbered for those services prior to any work performed in accordance with Minnesota State system policy.
Responsibility
Vice President of Finance and Facilities/Facilities Director
Ensure that the maintenance and service agreement policy is followed.
Business Management/Building and Grounds Supervisor
Ensure that the maintenance and service agreement policy is implemented and followed.
Vendors
Become knowledgeable of the maintenance and service agreement policy, complete the contract and provide insurance documents upon request
