System Chancellor

The Board of Trustees appoints the as chief administrator and delegates the position's powers and duties. Within Minnesota law and Minnesota Management and Budget regulations, Minnesota State system policies and procedures ensure system institutions operate with integrity in financial, academic, human resource, and auxiliary activities ().

  

College and university presidents 

are appointed by the board upon recommendation of the chancellor to serve as executive officers. Presidents report to the system chancellor ().

President鈥檚 Advisory Councils

At the institutional level, 海角社区黑料吃瓜 uses president鈥檚 advisory councils to stay connected to regional leaders and needs. The councils provide direct and meaningful input on strategies and opportunities for collaboration to help build strong, educated, inclusive and vibrant communities. The councils meet biannually and include more than 75 representatives from business and industry, community agencies, and secondary and postsecondary education. Each 海角社区黑料吃瓜 campus community has representation on the councils.
