Dacia Johnson provides leadership and direction for all º£½ÇÉçÇøºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï human resource activities, including both recruiting and hiring a qualified and diverse workforce and management of employee compensation and benefit programs. Prior to joining º£½ÇÉçÇøºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï in 1998, she worked for 10 years in management and human resources in private industry. She earned a bachelor's degree in marketing from Minnesota State University Moorhead and an MBA from Southwest State University in Marshall.
