Oops?!? Those captions I ordered look horrible. How do I get rid of them?  Each caption will create three supporting files that you will need to delete. To do that, follow these steps:1. Log in to your MediaSpace account at https://mediaspace.minnstate.edu/2. Go to Edit3. Click Attachments4. Delete the Transcript File (transcript_en.txt) and Transcript Metadata (c24Trans_en.json) by clicking the corresponding X icon5.
