To review the status of any help ticket you have submitted, update the ticket or view the history of any of your past tickets, go to Client Portal Home (minnesota.edu), click Sign In on the top right, your username is your starid@go.minnstate.edu, and starid password, click Services>Ticket Requests (under main navigation bar left-side).
