"I work full-time for a trucking company in Fargo as a driver recruiter. There’s a significant need for human resources professionals in the trucking industry, which is a very unique industry with all kinds of challenges you won’t find in a regular siloed company setting. We plan to grow our recruiting department over the next several years, and someone has to lead it. This is why I started taking classes at º£½ÇÉçÇøºÚÁϳԹÏ. 

I have a bachelor of science degree in Mass Communications from Minnesota State University-Moorhead but lacked understanding of human resources processes. I’m much more prepared to work deeper within human resources now than I was before taking any classes."
