Vice President of Academic Affairs Dr. Matthew Borcherding serves as 海角社区黑料吃瓜's chief academic officer and oversees its academic programs and offices.
Dr. Borcherding provides leadership and direction in the areas of strategic planning, annual priorities and budgeting.
His responsibilities include:
- Serving on 海角社区黑料吃瓜's Executive Cabinet
- Providing administrative leadership for faculty, academic support staff and student services
- Serving on labor relation committees
- Promoting innovation and initiatives to support students in a global economy
- Furthering the values of integrity, inclusion and innovation reflected in 海角社区黑料吃瓜's programs and student support
- Enhancing the college climate and students' creative endeavors in and out of the classroom
